The Center for Distance Education, the University of Texas at Arlington, Arlington, Texas. 
Project Manager and Instructional Designer for the development of twelve graduate level engineering courses for Internet delivery as part of the CSEE UT TeleCampus curriculum.

The CSEE (Engineering Online) program was recognized as one of the best programs in the nation by U.S. News and World Report, Oct. 15, 2001, along with Georgia Institute of Technology, Columbia University and Stanford University.

Developed a streamlined production and development model and timeline, effectively reducing re-work on projects by 20 – 40%.

Technical Writer                                                                                                                           1998 – 1999
Harris Methodist Health Plan, Arlington, Texas.
Responsible for writing and editing online and print documentation for all systems used by Health Plan employees.  Participated in the creation and promotion of the Health Plan's Intranet as part of the Web Development Team.

Developed the curriculum and taught the Web Planning and Design class.  Offered monthly, these classes were filled to capacity and consistently received excellent participant evaluations.
