Project Manager and Instructional Designer for the development of twelve graduate level engineering courses for Internet delivery as part of the CSEE UT TeleCampus curriculum.

Responsible for writing and editing online and print documentation for all systems used by Health Plan employees. Participated in the creation and promotion of the Health Plan's Intranet as part of the Web Development Team.

Researched, analyzed and wrote user documentation; technical and function specifications, online help, report bulletins, and quick start guides. Also edited other writers' work.

Developed the curriculum and taught the Web Planning and Design class. Offered monthly, these classes were filled to capacity and consistently received excellent participant evaluations.
