Project Manager and Instructional Designer for the development of twelve graduate level engineering courses for Internet delivery as part of the CSEE UT TeleCampus curriculum.
- Guide and assist professors and graduate assistants in preparing content for effective delivery on the Web

The CSEE (Engineering Online) program was recognized as one of the best programs in the nation by U.S. News and World Report, Oct. 15, 2001, along with Georgia Institute of Technology, Columbia University and Stanford University.

Responsible for writing and editing online and print documentation for all systems used by Health Plan employees. Participated in the creation and promotion of the Health Plan's Intranet as part of the Web Development Team.
- Researched, analyzed and wrote user documentation; technical and function specifications, online help, report bulletins, and quick start guides. Also edited other writers' work.
- Responsible for development, design, and maintenance of four intranet sites
- Served as Lead Writer for two system development initiatives
Developed the curriculum and taught the Web Planning and Design class. Offered monthly, these classes were filled to capacity and consistently received excellent participant evaluations.

- Created and delivered a comprehensive training program encompassing all aspects of trust administration and delivery in a call center environment to help trust administrators give optimum customer service through effective use of UNIX-based technology, procedures and policies and workflow processes
- Assisted in the re-engineering of the workflow process to accommodate new functionality in the technology, making the entire departmental operationally more efficient
- Business analyst and liaison for the Dallas call center, interacting with technical support and the national liaison to ensure quality system performance
- Served as liaison with various support groups in the company to maintain and upgrade the technology environment
- Project lead and director in scripting and filming promotional video for the department
